Just out of curiosity! I'm pretty sure I didn't see a forum like this, but if there is please lock and direct me the right way!
Anyways, I'll start off.
I have in total 106 achievements!
1,796, hoping to get to 1,800 before I go to bed tonight. :)
Exactly 250, enough to get me into the blue building!

There are many easy ones/ones that don't take much work. And then there are many that have tiers, if you work towards them you'll get more than one for doing the same thing. :)
What ones are you working on now?
Trying to work on the quests right now! I try to do the quests every day, but sometimes I forget to log on to do them. I'm also working on my plushie collection at the moment, so all the achievements that come along with that!
826! v I'm usually lazy with going after specific achievements so I'm kind of amazed I have that many, haha~
Quest ones are good ones to work towards, good income making! :)

The vending ones are good. That helps you work towards the vending ones but also the items you get can go into other collections and help with those. Beanbags, plushies, trading cards, wardrobe, books and food (those have to be to one pet, not overall spread over your pets). And items you don't use like that, you can sell for money.
And many in the games section don't take much effort to earn, I'd check there to see what you're missing.
The blue building is just like an exclusive place that you can do quests and use points from those quests to buy items. That's all I know about it so far. you have to meet the requirements here: http://subeta.net/explore/blue_building.php
